1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Fertility Dreams website (the “Site”) and any related services (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by SUCCESSFUL FERTILITY DREAMS LLC (“Fertility Dreams,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

3. Nature of our service

Fertility Dreams offers guidance, information, emotional support and coordination to help individuals, couples and families navigate their path to parenthood, including the coordination of an international, accredited care experience. We are a supportive partner only. We do not perform medical procedures, provide medical advice, or operate as a clinic in the United States.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• submit information that is false, misleading or not your own;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• copy, scrape or reproduce content except as permitted below.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Fertility Dreams name and mark, imagery and code — is owned by or licensed to Fertility Dreams and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Services may reference or link to independent third parties, including accredited care partners and external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Coordination with a partner may be subject to that partner’s own terms.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Information provided through the Services is general in nature and is not medical, legal or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about your care.

We may modify or discontinue the Services, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable arbitration agreement. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below.

13. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fertility Dreams regarding the Services.
